The walk is a circular one 5.7 miles long. It is mainly along footpaths and ex-railway paths. There are a few stiles, although easily crossed or avoided.

There is a cafe with a toilet 1.7miles into the route.

We will have a coffee stop (bring your own) at Beaurepaire priory ruins, which is midway.
