Short, local walk of 2 miles led by Richard & Janet Mulvey followed by a planning meeting at St Georges Church in Fatfield, led by Sandra Graham.  Please meet at St George’s Church, Fatfield at 10am. You can park at New Road NE38 9AU, between Vigo Lane and Bonemill Lane.

We will start at the lower entrance to the Cemetery and take the path towards Fatfield / Biddick. Down past Biddick Burn to the river Wear, cross and pass under the road viaduct. Proceed up past the cottages, round the top of High Generals Wood and through the Generals Wood back to the cafe at the church for our planning meeting.
