The walk takes around 1.5 to 2 hours and is roughly 4 miles / 6.2k.

This is a varied trail taking in a mix of sights and terrains as you make your way across Waldridge Fell, through Daisy Hill local nature reserve and beside Cong Burn. There are no toilets en-route. We may take a short break for a drink and snack near Daisy Hill. There could be a little mud in places if it has been raining, a few exposed tree roots to be careful of and a few small inclines.

There is an option to extend the walk 2/3 of the way round, by roughly 20 mins each way, to visit Woodlands Garden Centre where they have toilets, food and drink.
