CAMEO (Come and Meet Each Other) aims to help members get to know each other in a more relaxed setting than the general monthly meetings. We have coffee and a chat and then members suggest activities they'd like to do and ask if anyone else would like to come along. Those members then make their own arrangements to meet up. We've already had people teaming up to watch live music, go to the ballet, meet for lunch, enjoy afternoon tea, go on trips, etc. Activities are usually ad-hoc or one-off things and can range from just two people who share the same interest to a few people deciding to get together to do something. Notes for those interested in joining any group.

1. Anyone can attend one monthly meeting and one interest group meeting before deciding whether to join Washington Village u3a. Annual membership from 1st April 2026 is £12 (from 1st October until 31st March it is £8). More information about membership is on our Join Us page. Please note that there is a fee to attend some group sessions.

2. Please contact the "Group Leader" BEFORE attending a group to ensure there is space (click on the name at the top of this page to send a message).
